GadgetPOS allows shop owners and staff to store customer names, phone numbers, device details, repair notes, repair photos, signatures, payments, and service status. This information is used only to help the shop manage repairs, sales, inventory, and customer service.

GadgetPOS may request camera access for barcode or QR scanning. The camera is used only when you open scanner features. Repair photos or uploaded files are stored only when a user chooses to upload them.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect account and business data. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for managing staff permissions carefully.

Shop owners are responsible for ensuring they have permission to enter and store customer information in GadgetPOS and for complying with applicable privacy and business record laws in their location.
