These Terms of Service explain the rules for using GadgetPOS, including the POS system, repair management, inventory, reports, mobile views, staff accounts, and subscription features.
By creating an account, accessing, or using GadgetPOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
GadgetPOS provides tools for sales/POS, repair tickets, inventory, branch stock, customer records, expenses, staff access, reports, and related business management functions for gadget shops, repair shops, and accessories stores.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your account and for keeping login details secure. Shop owners are responsible for actions made by staff accounts they create or authorize.
Some GadgetPOS features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal dates, trial periods, and plan features may vary. Failure to pay may limit or suspend access to paid features.
You agree not to misuse GadgetPOS, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use the system for illegal activity.
You retain responsibility for the business, customer, sales, inventory, repair, and financial data you enter into GadgetPOS. You should regularly review records and export important data when needed.
GadgetPOS includes roles and permissions. The shop owner must carefully assign staff access and is responsible for reviewing staff actions such as sales, inventory changes, expenses, repairs, and reports.
We aim to keep GadgetPOS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, restrict, or modify features as needed for security, performance, maintenance, or business reasons.
GadgetPOS is provided as a business management tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data entry errors, device issues, business decisions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, fail payment, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GadgetPOS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
